Blake Cochrane is an Australian Paralympic swimmer.

Cochrane is from Queensland.[1]

Swimming

Cochrane won a silver medal at the 2008 Beijing Games in the Men's 100 m Breaststroke SB7 event.[2] He won two gold medals at the 2010 IPC Swimming World Championships, which were held in Eindhoven, Netherlands. Cochrane's medals helped Australia's national Paralympic swim team finish sixth overall.[3] He was born in 1993. He is from Queensland. He won a gold medal in the 5 km open water swim at the 2010 IPC Swimming World Championships, which were held in Eindhoven, Netherlands. Hall's victories came on the final day of the competition and helped Australia's national Paralympic swim team finish sixth overall.[3] At the Australian Championships held in 2011 in Sydney, he earned a gold and silver medal.[1]

Recognition

In 2011, he was a nominee for The Age's Sport Performer Award in the Performer with a Disability category.[4]
